How GRABLEX handles account, campaign and captured-demand data.

Data we process

GRABLEX processes account, campaign, community, conversation, opportunity, action and service-usage data needed to provide the managed service. Community content is reviewed only where the assigned account has legitimate access.

Account access

GRABLEX does not ask clients to send Facebook passwords, browser cookies or one-time login codes. Assigned campaign operators work only through accounts and community access they are authorized to use.

Retention and security

Authentication codes, sessions, access links and temporary provider payloads use expiry or retention rules. Customer records are separated by organization and client.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the GRABLEX service operator responsible for your account.
