Subscriptions

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions with the price and included service limits shown during checkout. The server validates the selected plan before creating payment.

Manage billing

When Stripe billing is configured, customers can use the Stripe Customer Portal to view invoices, update payment methods and manage subscription status.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation timing, refund eligibility and service already delivered follow the commercial agreement and applicable consumer or business law. Contact support about a billing dispute or refund request.
